2. Service Description

VC Apply provides a platform to discover and apply to over 45,000 venture funds and 50,000 angel investors in one click, and to track application outcomes.

3. SMS Disclosure

Message Types: Notification marketing, application status updates, two-factor authentication (2FA), system alerts.
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary.
Rates: Message & data rates apply.
Opt-Out: Text STOP to opt out of all SMS messages.
Help: Text HELP for support instructions.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Subscription Plans: Fees and features are listed on our Pricing page.
Pilot Engagements: One-time fees are set forth in your Pilot Statement of Work.
Payments are due as specified at purchase and recur until canceled.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Pilot Fees: Non-refundable except as set forth in the Pilot SOW.
Subscriptions: Cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your paid period. No prorated refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software on the platform are our sole property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service as permitted by these Terms.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will maintain the confidentiality of the other’s proprietary information.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties except those required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
